All services are subject to a site assessment and written estimate. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Written estimates are provided at no charge following an in-person site assessment. Estimates are based on the scope of work observed during the assessment visit and are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted.
Estimates may be revised if, upon starting work, we discover conditions that were not visible or accessible during the initial assessment - such as hidden moisture damage, pest contamination, unpermitted construction, or structural irregularities. We will notify you of any change in scope and cost before proceeding with additional work.
Verbal quotes are not binding. Only written estimates signed by both parties constitute a commitment to the stated price.
Jobs are scheduled after a signed estimate and any required deposit are received. We make every effort to keep scheduled start times, but delays may occur due to weather, permit processing, or conditions at a prior job site.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit any deposit paid if we have already ordered materials or mobilized crew for your job.
We reserve the right to reschedule work if site conditions are unsafe or if access to the work area is not available as agreed.
Payment terms are outlined in the written estimate for each project. In general:
Invoices not paid within the agreed term may be subject to a late fee. Unpaid balances may be referred to a collections process. Title to any materials installed remains with Bell Gardens Insulation until full payment is received.
We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms, if any, will be stated in your written estimate or project agreement. In the absence of a written warranty:

Where required by local jurisdiction, we will apply for necessary permits as part of the project. Permit fees, if applicable, will be included in the estimate or billed at cost. The customer is responsible for ensuring that access to the property is available for permit inspections. We are not responsible for delays caused by building department processing times or inspection scheduling.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before pursuing any other legal remedy. Any claim not resolved through mediation shall be brought exclusively in the courts of California, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising under these terms shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in California.
